Job Description
Toddler teachers create a nurturing and safe environment for children to develop and reach age appropriate milestones.
The ideal candidate will be a patient, caring, nurturing individual who enjoys teaching young children with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
You will demonstrate good judgement in with the children in your care.
You will follow a daily schedule including time for meals, potty training, small and large group activities, and gross motor activities.
You will create lesson plans with goals specific to each child.
You will communicate daily with families about their child’s day, goals for their child, and any other important information.
You will arrange the classroom and provide materials in the classroom that are age appropriate and satisfy Indiana Licensing Requirements and NAEYC standards.

The ideal candidate will be a patient, caring, nurturing individual who enjoys teaching young children with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
You will provide opportunities for children to participate in small or large groups and provide free play
The hours for this position will be approximately 7:30AM-4:30PM with an hour lunch break.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Must have a CDA, Technical Certificate, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education.
